We have dedicated Development, Quality and Product Management teams spread across the Oracle HQ and India Development Centre, working together as a single team across a wide spectrum of technologies involved in areas such as user experience, enterprise integration, business rules and workflow processing, mobile CRM and social CRM. As a member of the Core division, you will be working with world class engineers and QA engineers, engineering enhancements and new products for the platform and the framework, on which the CRM applications run in heterogeneous, distributed and large volume enterprise deployments.

Role Objective: Short Description about the Role

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply intermediate to advanced knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. You will also build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture. You will be working with the Product Management and the engineering leads, contributing to the analysis of the customer requirements and product specifications, and helping to come up with the mapped technical specifications. As a senior member of the team, you are also expected to pro-actively co-ordinate cross-team interactions as well as provide mentorship to the junior members.

Qualification

:

o 3 to 8 years of work experience in enterprise software product development

o Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering

o Experience in these programming languages: C++

o Experience in SQL, Git/Version Control system

o Experience in OOP/OOD and Data Modeling

o Strong knowledge in business application design and architecture.

o Strong Communication and problem solving skills .

o Design patterns, software architecture , Cloud Native architecture are desirable

o Exposure to REST, Microservices, ML/Python, Java

o Exposure to web development concepts and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

o Exposure to Cloud technologies, Generative AI

o Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD concepts and tools

o Exposure to Scrum Process, JIRA

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.




As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
