WHAT YOU"LL DO

As a member of the team you should be

• Willing to work in a SCRUM team with a focus on SME Applications Products in Cloud Development.
• Willing to contribute to Application Platform and Foundation topics like Authorization & Security, Integration framework, Business Transaction Management, Workflows, Output Management, Parallel Processing etc.
• Curious to explore open source and use latest SAP Technology stack (Business Technology Platform) to build Cloud Solutions at a fast pace
• Flexible to handle both new development and maintain existing code base
• Flexible to work on multiple programming paradigm to contribute towards feature roadmap for the topics following SCRUM and Agile
• Able to transform concepts into design and implementation. Should have excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Willing to bring in high energy to work constructively, do self-planning, collaborate within team and interface across teams
• Able to effectively communicate with customers or external stakeholders
• Having the zeal to design and implement solutions which help in improving performance and reducing costs

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING

• Degree (B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc.) in Computers/Electronics/Information Technology woth 4-8 years of relevant experiece
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Concepts, Micro Services Architecture, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms, Performance & memory management
• Strong programming skills in one of the languages like Type Script, Node JS, Java, JavaScript
• Knowhow of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar
• Basic understanding of Git Repository, cloud deployments and delivery, CI/CD pipelines
• Any experience with Business Technology Platform, Cloud Application Programming Model, CDS, Fiori Elements will be an added advantage
• Database: Any relational Database (having HANA knowledge will be an added advantage)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

As a part of the SAP SME team at Bangalore, you will work towards building a native cloud application platform and work with stakeholders globally, across time zones, geographies and cultures. You will work on Reusable Components for business applications and Cloud Applications using state of art technologies.
