What you\'ll do
As a Software Dev Engr Sr, you will have the opportunity for providing technical leadership for architecture solutions, including research and technical investigation, ensuring end-to-end software functionality, and translating customer requirements into software specifications.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of singleview backend MMS code packs and existing MW architecture.
• Analyze and determine the best practices to implement the RESTful APIs as a standalone code pack.
• Will be part of a scrum team in an agile environment.
• Develop & provide complex/large-scale solutions to customers around the world.
• Use our products configuration layer to write code/ create different entities using standard technology/ product layer.
• Lead a team of developers/testers or act as a technical lead for a project including assisting architects in preparing the FDD, requirement and design documents.
• Support Release Management, Configuration Management, Build Management, Stream Management and Ticket Management.
• Write unit test cases and integrate as part of integrated regression unit test cases.
• Familiarity with acceptance test-driven development (ATDD), unit tests, and behaviour-driven development (BDD) would be seen as a plus.
• Participate in collaborative activities within the team including planning, grooming, and other ad-hoc team discussions, bringing an awareness of the SV suite of products.
• Mentor and guide junior programmers.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or above in Computer Science stream.
• 5+ years of technical experience in product development, or product implementation.
• Experience of Encompass (formerly Singleview) overall product and architecture knowledge is preferable.
• Telecom domain knowledge is recommended.
• Excellent hands-on experience with RESTful API development and Implementation skills, C, C++ scripting experience or common scripting languages in building complex console/web applications.
• Hands on scripting experience or willingness to work in Unix/ Linux scripting environment.
• Experience in REST API design, development, and implementation.
• Hands on working experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Databases.
• Working knowledge with API testing tools \xe2\x80\x93 Postman, Apigee, SOAPUI
• Experience with Perl or Shell scripting is an added advantage.
• Experience in SAFe/Scrum/Kanban methodologies are favourable.
• Have excellent analytical, problem-solving and solutioning skills.
• Open to work on custom scripting language/technology observing the CSG product/solution needs.
