This role is responsible for the effective delivery of high-quality in-depth Asset services to the Perforce internal user community. This position involves coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with software license agreements, optimizing software usage, and reducing costs through asset management practices. This role will also work closely with the Director of Procurement to keep vendor records current and provide IT-related purchasing and sourcing support as needed.Essential Functions:

• Manage the global IT Department\'s corporate credit card expenses and reporting.
• Initiate PO requests for software and hardware purchases on behalf of the global IT Department.
• Work with the company\'s IT partner to negotiate favorable terms, purchase, and renew software licensing and hardware.
• Manage Perforce\'s vendor onboarding, offboarding, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Anything to add about process improvement, etc.? Something along the lines of Develop and document software asset management processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to optimize usage and cost of both new and existing software.
• Stay informed about licensing models, pricing, and product roadmaps for key software vendors.

Finance asset lifecycle relationship to ensure information is accurate and up to date system databases.Required Education, Experience and Skills

• 2-year computer-related degree or similar experience required in a heterogeneous asset management environment (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating and resolving complex problems with Hardware and Software related contracts.
• Excellent communications skills with an ability to work comfortably with vendors and customers with a wide range of technical expertise. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Highly motivated self-starter - able to work quickly and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of achievement and willingness to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
• Open to participate in cross-team projects on-demand.
