: Job Title: Solutions Architect Experience Range: 12-20years Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai Proven experience in delivering large-scale SaaS/PaaS/API/Microservice Architectures-based applications. Experience in domain-driven data modeling and API contract definition. Expertise in platform-based architecture with multiple streams of activity operating on the same platform. Strong experience in message/event-based architectures. Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in Enterprise Integration Patterns. Experience defining and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable architectures in the cloud. Experience working with highly sensitive data (e.g., patient data) and applying appropriate security measures such as Voltage encryption. Security-related expertise in microservices architecture, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and JWT tokens. Hands-on experience with continuous delivery/continuous integration pipelines and architectures. Strong experience in leading architecture development for complex systems, ensuring consistency with stakeholder requirements. Ability to influence, inspire, and engage teams, peers, and stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in distributed multicultural teams with nearshore and offshore service providers. Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of IT capabilities, methods, and technologies. In-depth experience in designing and developing IT solutions. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on proposed solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Contribution to the creation and maintenance of design patterns, standards, and reusable design blocks for consistency, speed, quality, and cost efficiency. Good to Have Skills: Experience leading technical teams with onshore and offshore resources. Understanding of the US Healthcare domain.
