As the Head of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap, with a focus on software development. You must have a strong understanding of the strategic elements that drive success, along with a deep technical knowledge of architecture components, particularly 5G systems (Layer 1) and integration of hardware. Your ability to anticipate risks and make informed technology decisions will be crucial.This is a highly demanding and strategic role, requiring a candidate with demonstrated flexibility and a proven history of technical excellence. The role encompasses technical, operational, and managerial responsibilities. You will be tasked with leading and guiding teams in the delivery of our products, while also building and nurturing a multidisciplinary technology team that grows and evolves alongside the company.In essence, you will be required to "lead, manage, and build," ensuring that our technology strategies align with our business objectives and that our teams are empowered to deliver cutting-edge solutions.SW engineer Lead at Leapfrog: A sampling of responsibilities:

• Drive all stages of development cycle; Design, code and test signal processing firmware (FFT, filters, etc), or communication control protocol state machine software (ORAN M-plane, C-plane, etc)
• Drive the discussions with cross functional team )algorithms engineers and VLSI engineers) to discover optimal solutions to complex system problems.
• Architect embedded solutions for L1
• Discover ways to improve way-of-working, requirements for new tool development
• Analyze customer requirements to evaluate impact on SW or device firmware
