You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a productxe2x80x99s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. for Senior Manager:Experience - 18+ yearsAs a Senior Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of a project/product or product line throughout its lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.Key Responsibilities:Product/Project strategy and vision: Define the strategy and vision based on market research, customer insights, and business goals. Identify market opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation. Roadmap planning and prioritization: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Requirements gathering and documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and engineering teams, to gather and document product requirements. Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Provide clear and concise guidance to the teams, resolve conflicts, and facilitate effective communication. Agile product/project development: Embrace agile methodologies and practices to drive iterative and incremental product development. Collaborate with the development team to define and refine product backlogs, conduct sprint planning, and participate in sprint reviews. Product launch and go-to-market: Develop go-to-market strategies and plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Coordinate product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement activities. Product performance analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer feedback, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization. Customer advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and advocate for customer-centric product decisions.Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Manager/Product Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product/project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Familiarity with product/project management tools and techniques, such as user story mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategy with business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
