: Soft Skills Trainer (1 Year Experience)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Position Type: Full-time

Experience: 1+ year in Soft Skills Training (preferably in an educational or training institute)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate engaging and interactive soft skills workshops, including communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and other related skills.
• Curriculum Development: Assist in designing, developing, and improving training materials and content based on organizational needs and industry trends.
• Assessments & Feedback: Conduct pre- and post-assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Provide constructive feedback to participants on areas of improvement.
• Individual & Group Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to help students or employees improve their interpersonal and communication skills.
• Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with other trainers or HR teams to identify soft skills gaps and assess specific training needs based on participants' background and skill levels.
• Track Progress: Monitor and evaluate participants' progress and effectiveness of the training sessions. Keep detailed records of participant performance and achievements.
• Motivation & Engagement: Ensure high levels of engagement during training sessions. Use a variety of teaching methods, such as role-playing, case studies, group discussions, and activities, to maintain interest and enhance learning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, HR teams, or managers to ensure the training aligns with overall organizational goals.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills development and incorporate them into training sessions.
• Report Generation: Provide periodic reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in soft skills training, coaching, or related roles in an educational institution or corporate training environment.
• Skills Required:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire learners.
• Experience in training delivery, group facilitation, and one-on-one coaching.
• Good understanding of various soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, teamwork, leadership, etc.
• Ability to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
• Comfortable with both in-person and online training methods (if applicable).
• Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Soft Skills or Training & Development (e.g., certified trainer or coaching certifications).
• Knowledge of instructional design or experience with e-learning platforms.
• Personality Traits:
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about teaching.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
• Patience and flexibility to adapt to different learning styles.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
