Job Title: Skills Development and Training Specialist"

Position Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Skills Development and Training Specialist" The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in personal development coaching, language instruction, and proficiency in Excel. This position offers the opportunity to equip students with essential life skills, language proficiency, and practical Excel knowledge, preparing them for successful careers.

Key Responsibilities:

•Personality Development: •

Develop and deliver comprehensive personality development programs focusing on self-awareness, communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including workshops, seminars, role-plays, and interactive activities, to engage students effectively.

Adapt training materials and methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs.

•Language Instruction: •

Design and deliver language courses aimed at enhancing students' proficiency in English, covering grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Implement a range of instructional techniques, such as lectures, discussions, multimedia presentations, and group activities, to facilitate language learning.

Continuously assess and refine language course content to meet the evolving needs of students and industry standards.

•Excel Training: •

Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance students' proficiency in Excel, including basic to advanced functions, data analysis, and financial modeling.

Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations to help students develop practical skills in using Excel.

Stay updated on the latest Excel features, tools, and best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum.

Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with the academic team to design and update the curriculum for personality development, language, and Excel training, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging trends.

Integrate real-world scenarios, case studies, and projects into the curriculum to enhance practical understanding and application of skills.

Continuously assess and refine course content to meet the evolving needs of the job market and professional development.

Mentorship and Guidance:

Provide guidance and mentorship to students seeking personal and professional development.

Offer personalized advice, helping students identify their strengths, areas for improvement, and career goals.

Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages student engagement, critical thinking, and skill development.

Skill Development:

Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.

Organize additional training sessions and workshops based on students' needs and feedback.

Encourage students to apply their skills in real-world scenarios through projects, internships, and other practical experiences.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
