Any PG with 10+ Years Experience
Training:
1. Conduct soft skills training sessions for students.
2. Develop and update training materials.
3. Evaluate student performance.
Modules:
1. Communication Skills
2. Teamwork and Collaboration
3. Time Management
4. Leadership
5. Problem-Solving
6. Interview Preparation
7. Resume Building
8. Presentation Skills
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
2. Proven experience in soft skills training.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
1. Effective communication
2. Public speaking
3. Group facilitation
4. Leadership development
5. Time management
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Certification in soft skills training.
2. Industry experience.
3. Experience working with youth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
