Position : Soft Skill Trainer

Location : Thakurgaon(Ranchi)

Experience: 1-2 years

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
• Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching
• Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees
• Experience in developing and delivering training content
• BA /MA (English)
• Excellent English and Hindi (Both Verbal and Written Skills)
• Good personality.

Responsibilties:

• Delivering lectures and providing training to govt. scheme beneficiaries at the Skill Centre.
• Help in personality of development.
• Creating and developing appropriate learning materials like presentations, handouts, case studies, practical assignments and self-assessment assignments
• Defining appropriate learning methodologies and approaches, content and evaluation strategy
• Updating training materials based on the needs of the learning group
• Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of employees to create specialised training for them
• Documenting training progress and reporting it to the operations team
• Motivating and encouraging the team to improve their performance
• Providing post-training support to all learners
• Summarising learning outcomes and creating reports to show the learning outcomes to the key business stakeholders
