About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employees' interpersonal, communication, and professional skills. This role involves working with individuals and teams to cultivate a culture of collaboration, empathy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Training Delivery
• Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on various soft skills, including communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to organizational and individual needs.
• Program Development
• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, case studies, and role-play scenarios.
• Customize training programs to address specific challenges and goals of the organization.
• Assessment and Feedback
• Assess participants' learning needs through surveys, interviews, and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to improve participants' performance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with HR, managers, and team leaders to identify skill gaps and align training objectives with organizational goals.
• Foster a supportive learning environment and encourage open communication.
• Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.
• Incorporate innovative methodologies and tools to enhance training effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of interpersonal dynamics and workplace challenges.
• Ability to design and deliver customized training programs.
• Proficiency in using training tools, software, and platforms.
Preferred:
• Certification in training, coaching, or related fields (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
• Experience in corporate training or organizational development.
• Knowledge of psychometric tools and assessment frameworks.
