Soft Skills Trainer
Job Description
Experience:--
• Possess 3-5 years of training experience in IT, retail, or service industry
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in Gujarati language
• Previous experience in training soft skills and employability skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver content and engage with audience
• Proficient in creating data presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field
• Certification in soft skills training or instructional design is a plus
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in delivering soft skills training programs in educational institutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of learners
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for training delivery and assessment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
