- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and creativity in developing content.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Master\xe2\x80\x99s preferred).
- 3+ years as a Soft Skills Trainer.
- Certification in training is a plus.
