• Share insights with recruitment team for calibration on quality hires

• Monitor calls and emails to evaluate communication gaps and measure training effectiveness.

• Support floor training based on TNI and TNA through refreshers and retraining.

• Devise communication training plans across all employees level and follow up on the progress

• Participate in call calibration sessions to share insights on LVA and communication skills gaps

• Needs to have traction on training attrition and possible EWS

• Utilize the Learning Management System to help achieve learning objectives

• A Voice and Accent trainer will plan, conduct, and administer training programs to train employees and improve their communication skill and language knowledge.

• Drive the communication of employees with core sound foundation for neutral accent and educe MTI.

• Eradicate Indianisms by proper usage of English grammar and enhance comprehension with the right vocabulary and lexical resource.

• The objective should be to enable learners on the key understanding of pronunciation, pause management and business communication.

• All types of communication along with the training methods must be utilize for an effective training delivery.

• Must engage learners using multiple learning platforms measure the effectiveness through assessments and follow up

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 25,000.00 per month Benefits:
