Needs to have traction on training attrition and possible EWS
Utilize the Learning Management System to help achieve learning objectives
A Voice and Accent trainer will plan, conduct, and administer training programs to train employees and improve their communication skill and language knowledge.
Drive the communication of employees with core sound foundation for neutral accent and educe MTI.
Eradicate Indianisms by proper usage of English grammar and enhance comprehension with the right vocabulary and lexical resource.
The objective should be to enable learners on the key understanding of pronunciation, pause management and business communication.
All types of communication along with the training methods must be utilize for an effective training delivery.
Must engage learners using multiple learning platforms measure the effectiveness through assessments and follow up
