Job Title

Soft Skill Trainer

Job Purpose

To design, deliver, and evaluate soft skills training programs for dealership employees across Sales, Service, and Spare Parts departments, ensuring enhanced customer experience, teamwork, and overall performance in alignment with the dealership's goals.

Experience: 3 - 5yrs

Salary: 40k -50k

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on soft skills such as:
• Communication skills
• Customer handling
• Conflict resolution
• Emotional intelligence
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Time management and organizational skills
• Team collaboration and leadership skills
• Tailor training programs to address the specific needs of Sales, Service, and Spare Parts teams.

2. Training Content Development

• Design training modules and materials in collaboration with department heads.
• Incorporate role-specific scenarios (e.g., handling objections for sales, dealing with irate customers in service, or effective communication for spare parts).
• Develop e-learning content, handbooks, and visual aids to enhance learning experiences.

3. Training Needs Assessment

• Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps across departments.
• Work closely with department managers to prioritize training requirements.

4. Performance Monitoring

• Track and measure the impact of training programs on individual and departmental performance.
• Provide post-training evaluations and feedback to employees and management.

5. Employee Coaching

• Offer one-on-one or group coaching for employees struggling with specific soft skills.
• Guide employees in implementing learned skills in day-to-day dealership operations.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Spare Parts teams to align training objectives with business goals.
• Participate in team meetings to address recurring soft skills challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in Training & Development (e.g., Dale Carnegie, NLP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a soft skills trainer, preferably in the automobile or retail industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent Communication Skills : Fluent in [local language(s)] and English.
• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Presentation Skills : Engaging delivery style with the use of multimedia tools.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to identify skill gaps and measure training effectiveness.
• Customer-Centric Approach : Understanding of dealership dynamics and customer expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Improvement in customer satisfaction scores (Sales, Service, Spare Parts).
• Reduction in customer complaints related to soft skills.
• Feedback ratings from trainees and managers.
• Number of training sessions conducted per month/quarter.
• Adoption rate of trained skills in day-to-day operations.

Working Conditions

• Based at the dealership with occasional travel for multi-location training.
• Flexibility to conduct sessions during off-peak hours or weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
