As a trainer, you will be responsible for fostering growth in communication, teamwork, leadership, and other essential soft skills. Your role will directly contribute to the success and career readiness of the trainees.Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery:

• Conduct interactive and impactful training sessions covering communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, and emotional intelligence.

• Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning experiences.

Curriculum Development:

• Design, update, and adapt training materials to align with organizational needs and candidate profiles.

• Incorporate diverse training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Class Management:

• Maintain daily class attendance records and monitor the progress of participants.

• Ensure 100% attendance of the batch by addressing absenteeism and engaging candidates effectively.

Field Exposure:

• Organize and conduct field visits to provide hands-on learning opportunities.

Reporting:

• Submit accurate and timely reports to the Center Head and Head Office.

• Communicate regularly with the Center Manager and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Performance Metrics:

• Work to achieve optimum passing percentages for the batch.

• Actively participate in placement activities and guide candidates for successful career transitions.

Candidate Support:

• Collaborate with mobilizers to identify and onboard the right candidates.

RequirementsExperience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Knowledge of modern training methodologies and learning principles.

• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

• Proficiency in managing the complete training cycle.
