Roles and Responsibilities
Develop & publish classroom rules, guidelines.Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
Designing and Conducting effective training programs.Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the Students.
Analyse all training related activities for newly joined and existing employees.
Communication skills in Hindi and English.
Desired Candidate ProfileUnderstanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.Proven experience in the field of training or coaching.
Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Madhyamgram, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
