This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural. The candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and training skills to help boost the employability of our community members through expert soft skills development.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven track record of working in skill development initiatives, especially within NGOs and social enterprises.
• Understanding of training and placement processes to help beneficiaries secure suitable opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with participants and understand their unique learning needs.
• Ability to design tailored training modules to suit varied audience backgrounds and learning paces.
• Proficient in using training tools and technology to facilitate effective learning experiences.

• Design and deliver effective soft skills training programs tailored to diverse participant needs.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate participant skill levels and customize training accordingly.
• Engage with beneficiaries to identify skills gaps and provide targeted solutions.
