•About the Role: •
Property Operations:
• Managing the activities like housekeeping management, facade cleaning, security services etc. in accordance to our service agreement.
• Routinely inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained.
• Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure that the shortages at the site are being filled in a timely manner.
• Handling the administration and vendor management of all activities related to the physical operation of the property.
• Support in vendor selection processes and AMC negotiations
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Adherence to timely closure of complaints to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & raising requisitions in time to achieve availability of stocks.
• Monitor Energy Consumption and introduce initiatives to reduce energy consumption at site.
• Statutory compliance checks of all vendor invoices.
• Ensure housekeeping procedures and training checklists are in place, maintained and adhered to.
• Overseeing the uniforms, hygiene and sanitation of staff at all levels.
• Implementation of QR code - checklist system in the premises and ensuring adherence to the process.
Reporting
• Prepare Daily progress reports, monthly management reports and any additional report as required by the management or the client.
• Ensuring that the attendance is being punched-in regularly on the SILA Connect application.
• Referring to SILA Connect - Peak scale reports to ensure closure of any open points with regards to the site.
• POC for sharing the attendance, ensuring that the bills are timely raised and regular payment follow-ups are being done with the client.
• POC for any issues/queries with regards to the wages of the staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
