Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Soft Services ExecutiveWork DynamicsDuties & ResponsibilitiesWhat this job involves -\xef\x82\xb7 Ownership of the day-to-day administration, including reports generation of the stocks tracker.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide assistance to the FM and AFM in managing all administrative functions, security issues and facility services and any other administrative functions as deemed by Client.\xef\x82\xb7 Developing and implementing procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of FM.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/materials and service for the proper operation of services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain appropriate levels of Petty cash to support FM operations.\xef\x82\xb7 Vendor invoices processing aligned with Clients finance process.\xef\x82\xb7 Statutory compliance check of all vendor invoices.\xef\x82\xb7 Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained.\xef\x82\xb7 Set stretch targets for self to achieve maximum team performance.\xef\x82\xb7 Daily Walk around of the FacilityOperational Risk ManagementUpdate and implement Emergency Response plan; drills etc as required\xef\x82\xb7 After office hours Facilities assistance response\xef\x82\xb7 Operational Audits and Compliance.\xef\x82\xb7 Escalation of Incidents/ProblemsPerformance objectives\xef\x82\xb7 Meet or exceed best practice in provision of services through contracts\xef\x82\xb7 Establishment and adherence to policies & procedures, compliance deadlines for each of the tasks as advised by the Operation Manager.\xef\x82\xb7 Effective management of the teamSound Like you?
