  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and high-quality service standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, disinfection, trash removal, and laundry services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in housekeeping operations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, disposal of hazardous waste, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain par levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and guest amenities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness, tidiness, and compliance with established protocols.
F&B Operations Management:
  • Manage multiple F&B outlets within the facility, including restaurants, cafes, or bars.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily F&B operations, including meal preparation, dining area set-up, service, and cleanup.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in F&B operations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to ensure high standards are met.
  • Develop and implement dining area layouts and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain par levels of F&B supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff, F&B personnel, and other related team members.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the teams, ensuring clear communication and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and guest-focused service.
Vendor Management:
  • Identify, contract, and manage external vendors and service providers for housekeeping supplies, F&B supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, conducting regular vendor evaluations and addressing any service-related issues promptly.
Quality Control and Customer Service:
  • Ensure high housekeeping and F&B service standards are maintained throughout the facility.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness, tidiness, food quality, service quality, and compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, taking appropriate measures to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement quality control measures to continuously improve service standards, productivity, and guest experience.
  • Train staff on customer service techniques, standards, and protocols.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
  • Prepare and manage the housekeeping and F&B budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor housekeeping and F&B expenses, such as payroll, supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory costs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to review and analyze financial reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as front office, engineering, maintenance, finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
  • Maintain open communication channels with staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Communicate with guests to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any housekeeping or F&B-related concerns.
  • Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on housekeeping and F&B operations.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards in both housekeeping and F&B operations.
  • Conduct regular safety trainings for staff, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Address potential hazards promptly, implement corrective actions, and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, facilities management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in housekeeping operations, F&B operations, and team management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping and F&B operations, including cleaning techniques, food preparation, service, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the housekeeping and F&B fields.
  • Budgeting and cost control experience.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
