Job Description


  • Handling front desk enquiries, and looking into Admin Activities.
  • Maintaining record of inward and outward file.
  • Daily Round taking of society premises and maintaining the records.
  • Monthly updating Asset Counting & Fire extinguisher report
  • Medicine procurement for First Aid Box on Monthly Basis
  • Maintaining petty cash records of expenses..
  • Preparing vouchers / cheques & maintenance of bills and challans
  • Effective management of Office stationery / Printing of letterheads & Forms.
  • Maintaining Vendor AMC records.
  • Handling all the daily activities in the Society office.
  • Attendances of Society Staffs.
  • Maintaining Invoice file of all the Vendors.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Managing General administration ? Housekeeping services, Security services, Purchase Operations, & Maintenance of Office equipment.
  • Coordinating with vendors for bills, scrutinizing the same and processing the same for payment along with relevant documentation and approvals
  • All the registers & Files of Admin Department are maintained by me...
  • Handling & Planning for Annual General Meeting & Monthly Managing Committee Meeting.
  • Booking Halls , looking caterer service and all arrangement for Annual General Meeting.
