We are seeking for a candidate having experience in Finance field as social worker. Primarily focus on company's CSR Initiatives , includes activities like community outreach, employee volunteering programs, financial literacy workshops.
Job Responsibilities
Employee Counseling:
Providing individual or group counseling sessions to employees dealing with personal issues like family problems, mental health concerns, addiction, or financial stress.
Financial Literacy Programs:
Educating employees on managing their finances, budgeting, debt management strategies, and investment options.
Stress Management Initiatives:
Conducting workshops and training sessions to help employees cope with work-related stress and promote healthy coping mechanisms.
Crisis Intervention:
Responding to immediate crisis situations among employees, such as personal emergencies or critical life events.
Referral Services:
Connecting employees with relevant external support services like healthcare providers, legal aid, or community organizations.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Management:
Overseeing the EAP program, including maintaining confidentiality, coordinating with service providers, and monitoring utilization.
Awareness Campaigns:
Conducting awareness sessions on important social issues like mental health, domestic violence, and financial planning within the workplace.
Collaboration with HR:
Working closely with the HR department to identify employee needs, implement social support initiatives, and address concerns related to employee well-being.
