Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic

BSW graduate

to work closely with our residents and assist in their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate rescue and rehabilitation efforts with police, hospitals, and social agencies Provide emotional support and counseling to residents Assist in organizing medical camps, awareness drives, and community programs Help track families and facilitate reuniting lost individuals Take care of the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our shelter residents with empathy and dedication Support vocational and educational activities

Eligibility:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) from a recognized institution Good communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and patience to work with vulnerable populations Basic knowledge of documentation, reporting, and coordination
