About the internshipAs a social work intern at DevLens, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a real difference in the lives of others especially the urban poor. We are looking for someone who excels in effective communication, community mobilization, and networking and has a strong proficiency in spoken English and Hindi. Join our team and be a part of our mission to empower individuals and communities through innovative social work practices.Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct community-level assessments and develop intervention plans.
2. Advocate with government departments for the community\'s rights and access to essential services.
3. Resource mobilization and business development by engaging with potential donors.
4. Field visits and monitoring, reporting.
5. Facilitate community outreach programs and awareness campaigns.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal regulations.
7.
