JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Social Teacher with strong subject expertise and proficiency to effectively develop the essential skills, additionally leading our literary program at ABODE, with a focus on nurturing creative writing skills among students.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Demonstrate child-centric behaviour and use positive language and interactions with children.
• Monitor and assess student progress using formative and summative assessments, providing feedback and support for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, including differentiated instruction, to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Leading the literary program and fostering creative writing skills among students.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Exhibit readiness to learn and adapt to new philosophy.
