Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Arts/History/Economics and B.Ed.
Minimum 2 year experience is required in teaching field.
Strong knowledge of the English language, literature, and grammar, as well as effective teaching strategies and methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire students of all ages and backgrounds
Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow as a teacher.
Delivering high-quality classroom instruction to students preparing for UG Entrance Exam.
Preparing and delivering lectures, conducting classroom discussions, and doubt session.
Creating and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds
Providing individual attention and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals
Developing and maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
