We\'re looking for a Social Optimization Specialist to join our Walmart Connect Team supporting one of Canada\'s largest online retailers! As our Campaign Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and clients by ensuring campaigns are meeting their objectives and performing successfully.

• Give me a breakdown of what a Social Optimization Specialist at Brainlabs does:
• Execute and Monitor campaigns to ensure full delivery against contracted impressions, and proactively recommend solutions when under-delivery is imminent
• Actively monitor ad campaigns to ensure they are meeting or exceeding preferred performance benchmarks
• Attend to campaigns with poor performance and ensure proper optimizations are being made
• Collaborate with sales team and Ad Ops teams to align with client\'s objectives
• Communicate frequently with stakeholders to address campaigns and optimizations
• Regularly attend pacing/performance meetings, team huddles and any other sessions deemed valuable to campaign success
• Frequently monitor and update campaigns performance dashboards

What particular set of skills would suit this role?

• 2 to 4 years\' experience on platform execution in digital advertising campaigns
• 2 to 4 years work experience for a social channel platforms
• Diverse experience with social platforms such as Meta, Twitter and others
• Hands on experience on executing campaign along with technical understanding which includes troubleshooting of assets, URL\'s, and technical glitches in social platform Like Meta.
• Understanding of client campaign goals and objectives and areas of improvement
• Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams including Ad Operations management
• Strong analytical skill-set and ability to effectively interpret data
• Proficient, intermediate level with Excel
• A team player with strong will to succeed
• Efficient and proven organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously while meeting stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment; detail oriented
• Strong desire to grow with company and learn new skills
• Flexible, personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile
• Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets and Google Slides
• Demonstrated alignment to our company values
