Monitor social media accounts, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other teams, such as customer service and marketing, to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction. Content Creation and Curation: Create compelling and shareable content for social media platforms that aligns with the organization\'s brand identity and objectives. Research and curate relevant content from external sources to share with the target audience. Community Engagement and Influencer Outreach: Actively engage with the organization\'s online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster positive relationships with followers, fans, and customers by providing valuable and meaningful interactions. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Education/Experience Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing successful social media campaigns. Strong knowledge of social media trends, platforms, tools, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
