Job Description

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to produce high-quality and engaging content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. The role involves editing videos in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Punjabi , and repurposing long-form content into short, impactful Reels.

The ideal candidate is proficient in video editing software, has experience creating social media-friendly videos, and is familiar with trends across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into professional videos for YouTube and create platform-specific content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Produce videos in English, Hindi, and Punjabi , ensuring seamless language transitions where needed.
• Reel and Short-form Content Creation:
• Extract engaging clips from longer videos to create dynamic Reels and TikToks.
• Add captions, effects, and trending audio to enhance engagement on short-form content.
• Multilingual Adaptation:
• Incorporate appropriate subtitles and captions in multiple languages.
• Ensure video messaging aligns with the cultural nuances of different audiences.
• Creative Input:
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for video projects.
• Suggest innovative ideas to make videos more engaging and shareable.
• Post-Production:
• Perform tasks such as color grading, audio balancing, and motion graphic integration.
• Ensure videos meet technical requirements for each platform (e.g., resolution, aspect ratio).
• Trend Spotting and Optimization:
• Stay updated with viral video trends and editing styles on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement based on platform algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in video editing, especially for social media platforms.
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro , After Effects or similar tools.
• Familiarity with the technical requirements and best practices for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in editing videos in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (understanding of cultural nuances is a bonus).
• Experience with subtitles, captions, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

• Video Editing: 1 year (Preferred)
