We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Trainee to join our digital marketing team. This role is perfect for a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of social media marketing. The selected candidate will assist in executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

• Assist in developing social media strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
• Learn about industry trends and best practices to support the team's strategy.

2. Content Creation:

• Create and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Help produce written, visual, and multimedia content that reflects the brand's voice and messaging.

3. Community Engagement:

• Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and relevant conversations.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries under supervision to build positive brand relationships.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

• Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Support the preparation of reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

5. Internal Communication:

• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth execution of social media activities.

Requirements:

• A passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
