Social Media Creative Strategist For Different Media (PR & Media Buying) - Digital (App & Social Meadia) and offline (newspaper ads, billboards, leaflets, packaging)

Experience - 1.5 Yrs to 3 Yrs

We will hire only West Bengal candidates. This job is remote based(Work from Home). Need to come to our Sector V office 2 days in every month.

• Managing the process of creative development work from end to end (from concept to completion) that align with client's brand vision and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and persuasive social media content and experiences that resonate with the audience, drive engagement, and support conversion goals.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, as well as new technologies and platforms, integrating them timely and strategically.
• Develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the design and digital team.
• Collaborate with designers to breathe life into the drafted concepts based on the client's requirements/inputs.
• Collaborate with external partners (Brand/ Influencers/Community) to develop co-marketing initiatives and amplify our brand reach in the market.
• Collaborate with visual teams on design concepts, ensuring they are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the project requirements.
• Coordinating goals with department heads responsible for enacting a marketing strategy
• Keep up with the latest trends in communications and adapt them to suit brand needs.
• Analyze the success of concepts and copies and modify strategies based on results.
• Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution.
• Manage digital platforms and promote ideas through digital strategies
• Market research: Identify trends on social media platforms and analyze competitors' ad campaigns
• Writing ad briefs: Include ad concepts, branding materials, copywriting, and storyline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
