We're looking for a talented Social Media Strategist who can amplify our voice and drive engagement across platforms.

: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to lead and innovate our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating strategies that captivate audiences, boost engagement, and increase brand reach. You'll work closely with our creative team to deliver on-brand, impactful content that resonates with our target audience and drives business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Pinterest) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
? Conduct audience research to identify content that resonates with key demographics, tailoring strategies for each platform.
? Collaborate with design, content, and digital marketing teams to create compelling and cohesive campaigns.
? Monitor trends, industry insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and content ideas.
? Analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal engagement and reach.
? Create a content calendar that aligns with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
? Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build a loyal community around The Editor Suite.
? Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
? Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
? Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and develop actionable insights.
? Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:
? Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
? Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
