Youwill play a key role in developing compelling content, managing social media channels, andanalyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media presence.Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement,and achieve business objectives.Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms including YouTube,Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,Twitter, and so on.Manage social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, andcommunity management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Content, and Design, to alignsocial media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify opportunitiesfor growth and innovation.Conduct competitive analysis and bench-marking to track performance and identify areas forimprovement.Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives,providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to inform strategyand tactics.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing andexecuting successful social media strategies.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling andengaging content.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytic platforms.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
