We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Strategist to join our team. This role is essential in planning, executing, and managing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and marketing objectives.
Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and preferences.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and track their success.
Content Planning and Creation:
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging posting schedule across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to produce high-quality, engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts.
Write and edit compelling social media copy that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the audience.
Community Management:
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored posts.
Utilize social media advertising tools to create targeted ad campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use social media analytics tools to monitor and analyze performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations for improvement with the marketing team and senior management.
Adjust strategies based on data analysis and performance insights.
Trend Monitoring and Adaptation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Adapt strategies to leverage new trends and opportunities for growth.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
