Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the strategy team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Develop and execute comprehensive Social marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and influencer marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform strategy development.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our strategies.
Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for strategy-related discussions and presentations.
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client accounts and Story Digitals service offerings.
Drive the development of new business proposals and pitches, showcasing our strategic capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing innovative ideas with practical implementation.
