The Social Media Strategist cum Content Creator (Reels) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role will focus on creating captivating Reels content that showcases our hair accessories, aligns with current trends, and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Create engaging and high-quality Reels content that highlights our hair accessories, aligns with trends, and resonates with our audience.
• Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community on our social media platforms.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in social media and content creation.
• Manage partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, with a strong focus on Instagram Reels.
• Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement.
• Excellent content creation skills, including video editing and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fashion or beauty industry.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in hair accessories and styling.
• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
• Familiarity with other social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
