:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and drive engagement with our audience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our corporate marketing goals. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing trends, and optimizing campaigns to maximize our brand\'s presence and impact.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer engaging social media content to foster relationships between consumers and the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns that support corporate marketing objectives.
  • Generate monthly reports on emerging social media trends for management and executive review.
  • Monitor and manage the company\'s social media accounts, engaging with users in a constructive manner.
  • Implement strategies for acquiring and maintaining online customer reviews.
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company\'s social media strategy and provide quarterly reports to management and executives, suggesting necessary adjustments to the digital marketing plan.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in the social media space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and product development, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry professionals to amplify brand presence on social media.
  • Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize content and advertising performance.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements related to social media marketing and ensure compliance in all activities.
  • Train and mentor junior members of the social media team, providing guidance on best practices and professional development opportunities.
  • Lead crisis management efforts on social media platforms, responding promptly and effectively to any negative feedback or PR issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance the company\'s social media presence and performance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the social media team, encouraging creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Job Expectations:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (6+years) in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative social media strategies.
