Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Create, schedule, and analyze all the social media updates that are sent to the IRIS CARBON social media profiles
Create paid marketing campaigns on social to help us reach more customers
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Work with Sr. Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to create and implement social media strategies
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
Oversee the creation and implementation of the weekly social media calendar which includes monthly objectives and initiatives
Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
Develop a social listening program for the brand to stay on top of the latest happening in the world of financial reporting
Track events and conferences to keep respective teams informed.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-5 years of professional content curation and social media management experience
Ability to engage with key stakeholders including the leadership team regularly
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
Clear, effective communicator- verbally and in writing with the ability to be persuasive
Proven track record of growing and retaining social audiences
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and key tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite or Buffer or Publer, or Zoho Social
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
Experience/consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and the volume of work
Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
Ability to analyze and present content and social media performance
Demonstrated ability to work productively with peers in a cross-functional capacity
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
Qualification
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline
Minimum Experience: 4+ years
