Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms while considering peak engagement times.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community interaction.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Audience Engagement:
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage audience participation.
  • Monitor trends and stay updated on industry conversations to keep content relevant.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations.
  • Use data to identify trends, optimize content, and measure the success of social media efforts.
  • Social Media Advertising:
  • Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, targeting the right audience for maximum impact.
  • Stay informed about platform updates and trends in social media advertising.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer support.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Communicate effectively with influencers, partners, and followers.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in social media platforms.
  • Recommend and implement new strategies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
  • Community Building:
  • Actively build and nurture an online community around the brand.
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify reach.
  • Crisis Management:
  • Monitor for potential PR issues and address them promptly.
  • Develop and implement crisis management strategies when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends.
  • Must have knowledge to making social media posts and reels.
