Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand's online presence, on all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will possess a knack for generating highly engaging content ideas and the ability to transform our brand image into a prestigious position. The candidate should have proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools, and be adept at creating storyboards and developing creative briefs for video content.

Responsibilities for Social Media Specialist

• Develop and implement creative and highly engaging social media strategies across platforms, with a special focus on Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. #account management
• Manage and grow our FB, IG, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and engagement goals. #account management
• Create innovative campaigns and content ideas that significantly enhance brand perception and ngagement. #strategy development
• Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive and impactful brand messaging. #account management
• Content production (text, images, video) for all social media channels, including but not limited to IG, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok. #content creation
• Work with third-party content creators such as Billo.App, joinBrands, to create compelling content across websites and social media channels. #content creation
• Support in the content approval process by seeking feedback and sharing with creative agencies. #content creation
• Handle content planning, scheduling, and posting with optimum frequency on all social media channels (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram) to build meaningful connections and engagement for each specific network. #content posting
• Use data to identify insights and build compelling strategies to drive positive engagement. #engagement
• Analyze current trends and competitor strategies to propose unique social media initiatives. #competitor analysis
• Analyze the social media landscape for our brand as well as our competition, and refine strategies and tactics based on what's working and what's not. #competitor analysis
• Identify own channel growth and performance metrics to influence tactics and strategy as needed. #strategic analysis
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others. #strategic analysis
• Understand and communicate analytical data surrounding content trends and engagement. #trend analysis
• Develop, communicate and report on insights gathered from brand communities. #brand analysis
• Strategically develop and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns and calls-to-action that drive followers to take action. #engagement
• Collaborate with partners to work on projects on various marketplaces to increase traffic and engagement. #engagement
• Develop deep knowledge of paid social media tools such as Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads. #campaigns
• Generate weekly reports on performance of social accounts and wrap-up reports on paid campaigns #reporting
• Modify and re-create actionable plans based on monthly analysis to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,
• Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. #strategic analysis

Qualifications for Social Media Manager

• 3+ years of verifiable/ concentrated social media management experience, content management; proven ability to significantly drive engagement and conversion.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
• Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, TikTok and other social media best practices
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• E-commerce/Retail/Home Furnishings/Fashion experience preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and be well organized.
• Experience using graphic design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or Illustrator to edit, resize, and crop images.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of influencer marketing
• Strong content creation and writing skills.
• Experience in developing storyboards and creative briefs.
• Experience in video editing and familiarity in motion graphics.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use raw data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
