In this role, you will: Design and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for the Social Intelligence Ecosystem to enhance data integration and reduce manual processes through automated workflows. Develop and maintain API-based integrations between social media platforms and enterprise systems for automated data extraction, analytics, and reporting. Automate the tracking of key metrics including reach, engagement, and conversion to measure the impact of social media campaigns. Collaborate with business teams to Implement a unified dashboard that integrates Voice of Consumer (VoC) insights, competitor analysis, and other key metrics, facilitating comprehensive KPI tracking. Identify opportunities for automation for data processing workflows, leveraging cloud-based services, AI models, and analytics pipelines for sentiment analysis, engagement tracking, and reporting. Evaluate emerging technologies and cloud solutions, recommending innovative IT strategies to enhance social media analytics and automation. Engineer API based integrations with influencer platforms (like Sprout Social, AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, etc ) to centralize influencer metrics for enhanced decision-making and campaign effectiveness. Define and monitor KPIs that correlate influencer engagement with ratings & reviews sentiment to determine overall impact. Act as a key liaison between IT, marketing stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure strategic alignment and effective communication of technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and training to business stakeholders, promoting the adoption of social media technologies and ensuring compliance with data security standards. Work with cross-functional teams to define feature roadmaps, gather user feedback, and deliver high-impact solutions. Collaborate with Cyber security to ensure secure access control, authentication mechanisms, and encryption standards for social media data. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Key Qualifications and Experiences: Bachelor?s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related business discipline. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in managing social media tools and integrating IT solutions in the marketing domain, specifically in Social Listening, Social Publishing, Community Engagement, Social Care, and Social Advocacy. Minimum 8 years? experience in Program/Product Management in Agile/Scrum Environment. Proven experience in Digital Domain implementing solutions leveraging Agile project management methodologies. Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities to manage complex integration challenges. Expertise in industry standards related to data security, compliance, and privacy. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership. Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of technology trends and adapt to rapidly changing digital landscapes. Strong expertise in social media tools (like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Talkwalker) and their API frameworks. Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CRMs, CMS, analytics tools, personalization engines). To Be Considered
