Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics.

Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to optimize campaigns.

Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search rankings and visibility.

Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building, meta tags, and schema implementations.

Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to enhance strategies.

Campaign Performance Analysis:

Track, measure, and analyze the performance of social media and SEO campaigns.

Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Collaboration :

Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Assist in brainstorming new ideas for digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and SEO.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Canva.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
