Tele and Social Media Sales Representative

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for sales and social media? We are seeking a Tele and Social Media Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will engage with customers through both telephone conversations and various social media platforms to drive sales and foster relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize exceptional verbal communication skills to engage potential customers via phone calls and teleconferences.
• Manage and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively convey value propositions to customers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and contacts through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tele sales or customer service role.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High degree of professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?12,500.00 per month
