We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
o Identify potential clients in need of social media marketing services.
o Conduct market research to understand industry trends and target audience
needs.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales and Client Acquisition
o Engage potential clients via calls and emails to pitch social media marketing
services.
o Tailor sales presentations to client needs and pain points.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
3. Relationship Management
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
o Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent customer service and
satisfaction.
o Up sell additional services and solutions to existing clients.
4. Collaboration with Teams
o Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align sales efforts with
campaign deliverables.
o Provide feedback from clients to improve services and campaigns.
5. Reporting and Metrics
o Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in CRM systems.
o Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
o Monitor and achieve assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills
? Experience:
o Fresher's can apply.
o Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
YouTube, etc.) and marketing trends.
? Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
