• Social Media Knowledge :
• Proficient in Instagram, including posting, Reels creation, and product tagging.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business features like catalog management.
• Customer Handling :
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers via DMs and chats.
• Ability to handle queries, negotiate, and upsell.
• Content Creation :
• Basic photography skills for capturing products.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva for creating promotional posts.
• Sales Orientation :
• Experience in driving conversions and managing leads.
• Ability to suggest products based on customer preferences.
• Organization Skills :
• Track inquiries, orders, and inventory efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone with customers.
