  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand objectives, increase follower engagement, and drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Identify target audiences, key messaging, and content themes to guide social media campaigns and activities.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to optimize content and tactics.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to develop multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across platforms.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to cultivate a loyal and engaged community.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in relevant conversations, hashtags, and trends to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Influencer Relations:
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and thought leaders in the industry to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
  • Collaborate with influencers on sponsored content, partnerships, and ambassador programs to drive brand awareness and advocacy.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and track performance metrics of influencer collaborations.
  • Media Relations:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure media coverage and press mentions.
  • Pitch story ideas, press releases, and other media materials to relevant media contacts to generate positive publicity for the brand.
  • Coordinate interviews, press events, and media opportunities to increase media exposure and enhance brand reputation.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and tactics for maximum impact and ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, public relations, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for social media and press materials.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and media monitoring software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on social media trends and industry developments.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
