Role Description:

Creating and implementing strategies :

Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing and sales, and generate leads

Managing social media accounts :

Set up and manage social media channels, and oversee all social media accounts

Creating and managing content :

Create and manage content across social media platforms, including images, blogs, videos, and written content

Analyzing and reporting :

Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including online reviews and feedback

Engaging with the audience :

Respond to comments and customer queries, and monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way

Researching trends :

Research and analyze social media trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media management and optimization

Education

: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Social media knowledge

: A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Communication skills

: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical skills

: The ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

Content creation experience

: Prior experience creating content for social media

Camera confidence

: The ability to come on camera and make video content

Graphic design knowledge

: An understanding of graphic design principles

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
