We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for movies and a knack for creating compelling visual content tailored for various social media platforms. This role involves working closely with our marketing and content team to develop and execute design strategies that engage and captivate our audience who are big screen entertainment enthusiasts.
### Responsibilities:

+ Ideation and Visualization: Develop creative concepts for video slates and reels, aligning with movie releases and specific audience demographics.
+ Template Creation: Design and create re-usable templates for efficient and consistent content production.
+ Photo Manipulation: Possess advanced Photoshop skills for high-quality photo manipulation tasks.
+ Image Composition : Expertise in blending multiple images into a cohesive and visually appealing single frame.
+ Layout Design: Work within defined layouts and templates, ensuring brand consistency across all visual content.
+ Ideation and Visualization: Develop creative concepts for video slates and reels, aligning with movie releases and specific audience demographics.
+ Social Media Proficiency: Have a thorough understanding of the UI and layout nuances of various social media platforms.
+ Passion for Movies : A strong interest or background in movies to better understand and connect with the target audience.
+ Flexibility in Skills: Drawing or illustration skills are a bonus but not mandatory for this role. Basic Video Editing & Effects, utilising video editing software to create engaging video content. Knowledge of adding effects is a plus.

### Requirements:

+ Proven experience in social media design or a related field.
+ Proficient in graphic design software, especially Adobe Photoshop.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing skills in photo manipulation, video editing, and Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or related field is preferred but not required.
